Rubin was also a member of the Lower Manhattan Development Corp.’s Planning, Design and Development Department when
it led the World Trade Center site redevelopment and the revitalization of the surrounding neighborhood after Sept. 11, 2001, Saxum said.

FirstService Residential has tapped John Reichart as a regional director in its high-rise division, where he will oversee the company’s portfolio of more than 60 managed high-rise communities along the northern New Jersey waterfront.
Reichart brings more than 19 years
of real estate and community association experience, including 14 years at Silverman.
