200 DEAL LAKE LLC purchased Kingsley Arms Apartments, a 98-unit apartment building at 200 Deal Lake Drive
in Asbury Park, for $18.5 million. Daniel Lanni of The Kislak Co. Inc. represented both parties.
A&J INC. sold 559 Anderson Ave., a building with 24 apartments
and three medical office units in Cliffside Park, to JTS Inc. for $6.1 million. Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Whitmer, Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel and Andre Balthazard represented the seller.

BRIGHTSPIRE CAPITAL INC. provided a $43 million bridge loan to Golden Glades Capital Management, the owner of a 104-unit luxury apartment building at 74 Maple St. in Jersey City known as BELA. Matthew Pizzolato and Thomas E. Didio Jr. secured the three-year, floating-rate financing, working on behalf of the borrower.
VERUS COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
FINANCE originated a $13.275 million bridge loan to the developer of
The Opus Apartments, a 49-unit apartment building on Ridge Road in North Arlington. Robert Ranieri of NorthMarq arranged the financing, which was structured with a two-year term.
TRISTATE CAPITAL BANK provided $11.4 million to Denholtz Properties
to refinance a two-building, 79,022-square-foot office portfolio at 310 and 322 Route 35 South in Red Bank. JLL’s Michael Klein, Jon Mikula and Carlos Silva represented the borrower in sourcing the seven-year, fixed-rate loan.
TIAA BANK provided a $9 million loan to The Donato Group to refinance Meridian Center II, an 80,188-square-
foot office building at 4 Industrial Way West in Eatontown. Michael Klein, Max Custer and Gerard Quinn of JLL arranged the financing.
SIGNATURE BANK originated a $7.2 million loan to Northpath Investments for its acquisition of 3920 Park Ave.,
