their communities. At Tulfra, we
are on a mission to find value and monetize these
500,000 square feet during the COVID-19 crisis.
“Completing ground-up construction during the COVID-19 pandemic was no easy feat, but with more than 100 years of combined experience, we were able to tap into our skillset and specialties as a firm to see these projects move forward,” he said.
JUDD, FORMER C&W
NEW JERSEY CHIEF,
JOINS JRT REALTY
Andrew Judd, the former head of Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey region, has landed a new job, joining a Manhattan-based commercial
real estate services firm as its chief operating officer.
In his new
role, Judd will
spearhead JRT
Realty Group’s
efforts to
help Fortune
500 firms and
others achieve
spending goals
with minority- and women-owned firms, according to a news release.
Internally, he will be responsible
for business strategies, operating plans and procedures, new business development and existing account oversight, recruitment and retention initiatives, along with cross-selling the firm’s real estate services to its clients.
He will also oversee JRT’s staff, including leasing and sales brokers, account managers, marketing and corporate communications specialists and support personnel.
“Andrew has been a friend and colleague for more than 20 years and, along with JRT’s strategic alliance with Cushman & Wakefield, he has consistently supported our mission
to bring diversity into the realm of commercial real estate,” said Jodi Pulice, founder and CEO of JRT Realty. “Andrew’s combination of skills, experience and industry stature will be leveraged immediately as our firm is poised for rapid growth.”
Judd, who will report to Pulice,
has more than 30 years of industry experience and joins JRT after 17 years with Cushman & Wakefield. He most recently served as a senior managing director and managing principal for C&W’s New Jersey region. In that role, he managed brokerage and business line professionals, while overseeing organizational activities affecting more than 250 employees across the company’s three New Jersey offices.
He began his real estate career at CBRE’s New York City office, where he served as managing director of marketing services.
“This is an incredible opportunity to join a mission-driven organization and work together with the leadership team to chart the path forward
for JRT, which is on an upward trajectory,” Judd said. “My career has come full circle, returning to the New York City market where I first got my start in the industry. I’m excited for our growth plans and the opportunity to have a direct and meaningful impact nationally, in New York City and within the commercial real estate industry at large.”
Pulice noted that Judd will help
the firm advance one of its core principles — creating new and lasting opportunities in commercial real estate for women, people of color and other groups who are often under- represented in the industry in order to create generational wealth.
“Andrew shares my vision for the future of commercial real estate,”
she said. “We both believe we have
a moral and ethical responsibility
to change the narrative — and the reality. The more you diversify the makeup of your teams, the more you broaden your opportunities and the service provided to clients. Being inclusive isn’t just the right thing to do. It’s also good business.”
Judd received an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University. He is a member of CoreNet Global and NAIOP.

Tulfra and Hampshire are also completing the redevelopment of a 20-acre former municipal site in North Haledon, having transformed the once- idle property into a 180-unit luxury apartment complex known as Molly Brook at Belmont. Occupancy is slated for Aug. 15.
