Scarinci Hollenbeck has bolstered its New Jersey environmental practice with the addition of Monica P. Schroeck.
The Lyndhurst-based firm said Schroeck joins
its team with extensive experience handling various environmental, land use and corporate transactions,

“Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with many of the attorneys in the environmental group at Scarinci Hollenbeck and I have an enormous amount of respect for them,” Schroeck said. “I am very excited to join such an exceptional team.”
In a news release, the firm noted that Schroeck interned for the Environmental Protection Agency before beginning her career as
an attorney, concentrating on Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act issues.
“Monica is an excellent addition to our team,” said Todd Terhune, partner and chair of the firm’s environmental practice. “She has an impressive background and I believe our clients will appreciate the experience she brings to the table.”

Among Mislavsky’s immediate priorities will be the build-to-suit medical office building set to break ground in Clifton at Prism’s flagship ON3 campus. The firm has preleased the 80,000-square-foot facility to Hackensack Meridian Health, which already occupies academic and research and development space at the 116-acre property.
Construction of the new ambulatory care center — which will include surgical facilities as well as additional multispecialty practice areas — is expected to begin imminently.
“Ed’s high-powered expertise in
both the public and private sector and his impressive track record of success make him a valuable addition to our construction management team,” said Prism’s Eugene Diaz, a principal partner. “The diversity of his experience positions him to offer a fresh perspective for our current project pipeline as well as future acquisition initiatives.”
