Prior to that assignment, Mislavsky provided planning and dispute resolution services on other Universal Studios projects, having led complex historic restorations of The Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank and Tarrytown Music Hall in Tarrytown, New York.
He began his career overseeing power generation and process
plant construction projects, Prism said. As a principal for the Project Planning Group, he worked with project owners to deliver capital projects in the education, leisure and entertainment industries, with clients including Sony Entertainment and Walt Disney Imagineering.
Later, as project executive for Harrah’s Entertainment, Mislavsky led the design and construction of the Boat to Barge Casino Conversion project in Joliet, Illinois, and the rebranding of properties in Council Bluffs, Iowa, the news release said. Later, as vice president of Meridian Consulting Group/HOV Services,
he focused on troubled projects management for surety industry clients, including the restoration
of the John Adams Courthouse in Boston.
EXECUTIVE REJOINS FIRSTSERVICE EAST REGION TEAM
FirstService Residential has named Srinath Perera as its executive vice president of finance for its east region, tapping a former member of its team who is returning after two years.
In a news release, the property management
firm said Perera
served as vice
fundraising, capital structure and market analysis.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Srinath back to the FirstService Residential family,” said Michael Mendillo, president of FirstService Residential. “Srinath was a superstar on the national team, and we look forward to the impressive impact he will have in his new role.”
In his current position, Perera is responsible for driving revenue enhancement and cost control initiatives across the region and leading the company’s corporate and client accounting teams in providing accounting and financial services
to the business and the community management associations it manages, the news release said. In addition, he oversees the accounting group.

BLS ADDS TAX CREDIT EXPERT FOR COMPLIANCE
Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Co. LLC,
the Princeton-based site selection and advisory firm, has hired Dale Schwebel as a senior manager focused on compliance for recipients of government tax incentives.
In the new role, Schwebel will lead BLS’ compliance division and work with clients to provide a post- closing roadmap of all reporting and claiming requirements tied to economic development grants and tax credits. She will also manage compliance activities over the life of an incentive award, the firm
said, noting that the subsidies often come with substantial procedural requirements, with potential political and financial liability for failure to fulfill the terms of such an agreement.
Most recently, Schwebel oversaw project management and budget oversight for redevelopment investment efforts for the New Brunswick Development Corp., or Devco, the private nonprofit urban real estate development company.
Her experience also includes managing public-sector economic development initiatives, including tax credit programs, for both the state of New Jersey and private companies.

With a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Vermont, Schwebel’s nearly 20- year career also includes stints
