FOUR AMID GROWING
PIPELINE
Woodmont Properties has announced four new hires to support its ongoing growth and expansion across multiple asset classes throughout the region.
According to the Fairfield-based developer, the new additions include Kris Bauman as vice president of development and Timothy Behrens as controller. Also joining the firm are Joseph McFalls as director of investments and capital markets and Christine Migliorino as senior living operational support specialist.

Bauman, a veteran development executive, comes to Woodmont with expertise in
the acquisition
and approval
stages, having
led planning
and entitlement
efforts for
commercial,
mixed-use and
multifamily
projects from Boston to Washington D.C. He previously was a vice president at Normandy Real Estate Partners and a senior vice president at The Gale Co., having received a bachelor’s from the University of Pennsylvania.
Behrens, meantime, joins Woodmont with more
He has also held positions such as controller at Arctrust, where he oversaw the accounting operations, and financial management roles
for Vornado Realty Trust and AMB Property Corp.
Woodmont added that Behrens holds a master’s in finance from Suffolk University and a bachelor’s from Siena College. He is also a member of the Denville planning board.
