WILCOX NAMED G.S.
WILCOX PARTNERS
G.S. Wilcox & Co. has elevated both Wesley and Bridget Wilcox to partner, marking the next generation of ownership for the Morristown-based mortgage banking firm.
The son and daughter of Gretchen Wilcox, who founded the company
in 1994, the new principals joined its team in
2016 and 2019, respectively. Since then, the firm said, they have played
a key role in
growing a business that already had deep ties
to the state’s commercial real estate industry.
“I am personally very proud to announce the

and monitors the operations of the business.
She is an active member of NAIOP and ULI, a board member of Morris Arts and an advisory board member of Investors Bank.
“I am excited to continue to work closely with my mother and brother to lead the firm — it is not every day that you get to work with family, and we are very lucky to do so,” Bridget Wilcox said.
SANZARI NAMES NEW
G.M. AT GLENPOINTE
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has named Jessica Halpin as its general manager of Glenpointe, the firm’s flagship 670,000-square-foot corporate campus in Teaneck.
An industry veteran with nearly
20 years of property management experience at office buildings across New Jersey, Halpin will manage day-to-day operations for the 50-acre campus at 300, 400 and 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd., including maintenance, improvements, parking and tenant service. She will also work closely with ASE’s leadership team to
plan and oversee ongoing capital improvements as the company continues to position the property to meet the needs of a rapidly changing workforce.

Prior to joining Sanzari, Halpin served as a senior property manager
for Newmark, where she managed
a 630,000-square-foot campus consisting of six office buildings
and positioned the property for sale. Halpin was also recently named to the board of directors for the Building Owners and Management Association of New Jersey.

KISLAK PROMOTES
STANDOUT BROKERS
The Kislak Co. Inc. has promoted Janet Bortz and Matt Weilheimer to executive vice president, while elevating Matt Wolf to senior vice president.
Bortz, who joined the Woodbridge- based brokerage
than a dozen multifamily deals and other investment sales in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania for more than $50 million.
For his part, Wolf joined Kislak in 2017 after more than a decade of success in the
investment
sales market
in central
and eastern
Pennsylvania.
In 2020, he
earned Kislak’s
Producer of the
Year award and
followed that up with a 2021 slate of transactions that included a dozen multifamily and other investment sales in Pennsylvania for more than $100 million.

BIRCH GROUP NAMES
NEW VICE PRESIDENT
The Birch Group has tapped Mike Lyberatos as its new vice president of property management and construction, the latest addition to the team behind its growing office portfolio in the region.
The Nanuet, New York-based firm, which focuses on submarkets such as Morristown
and Short Hills,
welcomed
Lyberatos after
a banner year
for leasing and
after several
high-profile
acquisitions.
He will now
oversee property management and construction across its portfolio, leading capital improvements and build-outs aimed at retaining and attracting tenants.
Lyberatos is a veteran of firms such as Onyx Equities and the former Mack- Cali Realty Corp.

Wesley Wilcox joined G.S. Wilcox
& Co. after having worked at both CBRE and Merrill Lynch. He has since been instrumental in expanding the firm’s client base and currently monitors all marketing and hiring efforts, while remaining very involved with the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP, where he serves as a New Jersey chapter trustee.
