Lee & Associates New Jersey has bolstered its team of industrial real estate brokers with the addition
of Andrew Stypa and Daniel Badenhausen.
The industry veterans, who both join the broker-owned firm as partners, do so after more than a decade with Cushman & Wakefield. The new hires bring Lee & Associates’ New Jersey office to more than 60 professionals including agents, property managers and staff across three locations in the state, following its founding in 2009 by Brian Lynch, Rick Marchisio and Jason Lynch.

Stypa had been a managing director at Cushman since 2010, specializing in industrial properties, according to

and in fostering these long-lasting connections, a core principle of our mission.”
The firm noted that, at his previous firm, Triglia served on the investment committee and oversaw the execution of more than 1,000 units and
nearly $400 million in joint venture multifamily development projects.
He holds a bachelor’s in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he played on the varsity football team for four years, and is a board member of the Michael G. Bertolino Memorial Scholarship.

MURPHY TAPS FORMER INSURANCE EXEC TO LEAD CRDA
Gov. Phil Murphy has appointed Sean M. Pattwell as executive director of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, a key state agency involved in guiding and funding projects in Atlantic City.
Patwell, a longtime insurance executive, assumes the role after securing unanimous approval in mid- March from the authority’s board of directors. In the role, he will lead an agency whose mission is to facilitate community-oriented redevelopment in the resort town, in part by redirecting casino tax revenue and through involvement in certain land use matters.
“Sean brings a wealth of experience to the table as the CRDA’s new executive director,” Murphy said. “He is the right person to
lead the CRDA as it plays a critical role in Atlantic City’s recovery from the economic impacts of
the COVID-19
pandemic. I
look forward to working with Sean on our administration’s efforts to attract investment to Atlantic City that will be for the benefit of the city’s residents and workers.

Pattwell spent decades in the U.S. and international insurance industry, serving as the co-CEO of Herbert L. Jamison & Co. and as the founding chairman of Grosvenor Brokers in London, the governor’s office said. The state also cited his extensive background in the areas of directors and officers liability insurance and professional liability for major law and accounting firms.
Prior to his work as an insurance broker, Pattwell was an officer of Chubb & Son Inc. and held senior executive positions with American International Group.
