STYLEX SEATING sold 740 Coopertown Road, a 140,000-square-foot building in Delanco, to Faropoint. Jonathan Klear, Roy Kardon, Jeff Licht, Jared Licht and Fred Meyer of NAI Mertz represented both parties.
JRT REALTY sold 1301 West Elizabeth Ave., a 138,000-square-foot property in Linden, to Gold Tree Management for $15 million. Steve Bussel and Gregory Irving of Bussel Realty Corp. represented the seller, while Jordan Metz represented the buyer.
READYSPACES leased 126,000 square feet at 35 Obrien St. in Kearny. Colliers’ Mike Davis and Noah Balanoff represented the tenant, a co- warehousing firm.

sold Colony Business Park, a nine- building, 79,075-square-foot complex at 1-11 Jocama Blvd. in Old Bridge. Cushman & Wakefield’s Frank DiTommaso, David Bernhaut and Max Helfman represented the seller.
THE STRO COS., KUSHNER REAL ESTATE GROUP and FIDELCO REALTY GROUP purchased 798 Frelinghuysen Ave., a 77,000-square-foot complex in Newark. Brian Silbert and Joel Tomlinson of Silbert Realty & Management Co. represented the seller.
HACKETTSTOWN INDUSTRIAL CENTER sold 300 West Stiger St., a three-building, 64,121-square-foot complex in Hackettstown. Jason M. Crimmins, Alessandro Conte, Peter J. Murano Jr. and Michael F. Schipper of The Blau & Berg Co. represented the seller.
GM STAINLESS INC. sold 41 Imclone Drive, a 56,000-square-foot warehouse in Branchburg, to Grapefruit Realty LLC. Peter Gallicchio of Remco Realty and George P. Molloy of GM Realty Advisors Inc. represented the seller and buyer, respectively.
DENHOLTZ PROPERTIES leased 54,000 square feet at 541 Industrial Way West, a 110,000-square-foot building in Eatontown, to Pep Electronics Inc. Jason Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented the landlord.
VELOCITY VENTURE PARTNERS leased
a combined 40,000 square feet
at Velocity Business Park, a 160,000-square-foot complex on East Stow Road in Marlton, to Lauda-
Brinkmann, Westrock and Schmid Dewland Associates. NAI Mertz’s Jonathan Klear, Andrew Johnson and Jason Simkins represented ownership in the deals.
MAYWOOD REALTY CORP. sold 217 Hergesell Ave., a 17,316-square-foot building in Maywood, to 217 Realty LLC. Jonathan Kristofich of NAI James E. Hanson and David Williams of Weichert Commercial represented the seller and buyer, respectively.
A private investor purchased 3443 Route 66, a 17,000-square-foot building in Neptune, for $3.2 million. Barbara Gross of Sheldon Gross Realty and KW Commercial’s Glenn Jaffe brokered the transaction.
IMPROVED INDUSTRIAL METHODS sold 154-162 Pine St., a 14,000-square- foot building in Montclair, to The Becker Organization and Greenwood Development for $2.1 million. Peter Wisniewski and Stephen Gianis

sold 152 Oldwick Road, a 10.78-acre mixed-use site in the Oldwick section of Tewksbury, to Outdoor Digs.

THE S.HEKEMIAN GROUP leased 60,000 square feet at North Market, a mixed- use redevelopment site in Montvale, to Valley Health System. Frank Recine of JLL represented the landlord, while Robert Rudin and Peter Hamburger of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
NORTHBRIDGE CAPITAL INC. leased a combined 34,237 square feet at The Mark, a 264,059-square-foot building
at 100 Enterprise Drive in Rockaway, to Caring Partners, Consolidated Chassis Management and Enablx. JLL’s Chris Conklin, Dan Spero and Maria Casaliggi represented ownership, while Newmark’s Trevor Patterson represented Consolidated Chassis, an
intermodal supply chain company.
BERGMAN REAL ESTATE GROUP leased more than 28,000 square feet at 7 Giralda Farms, a 236,800-square-foot building in Madison, to Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP and BEM Systems Inc. Cushman & Wakefield’s Josh Cohen, Bill Brown and Joseph Ratner represented ownership, while Gregg Najarian, Slava Vaynberg and Chris Tarzon
of Savills and Mark Twentyman

NORTHEAST CAPITAL GROUP leased 28,000 square feet at Woodbridge Corporate Plaza, a 630,000-square- foot complex at 485F Route 1 South in the Iselin section of Woodbridge, to Invitae under a lease renewal and 13,500-square-foot expansion. Newmark represented ownership, while Colliers’ Charlie Hatfield represented the tenant, a genetic testing company.
SOMERSET DEVELOPMENT leased
25,000 square feet at Bell Works, a 2 million-square-foot complex at 101 Crawfords Corner Road in Holmdel, to CentralReach.
OPAL HOLDINGS leased a combined 25,000 square feet at 101 Wood
Ave. South in the Iselin section of Woodbridge to Schlesinger Global and Lucosky Brookman and 12,000 square feet at 343 Thornall St. in Edison
to Travelers Indemnity. Cushman
& Wakefield’s Kevin Carton, Todd Elfand and Paul Giannone represented ownership in all three deals.
SAN MAR SQUARE PARTNERSHIP sold San Mar Square, a 22,830-square-foot
complex at 3175 Route 10 in Denville, for $3.75 million. Samuel Bonfante of represented both parties.
DESAPIO PROPERTIES LLC sold 380 Foothill Road, a 20,000-square-
foot building in Bridgewater, to GenPsych for $4 million. Tim Deluccia of Deluccia Commercial Group represented the seller.
BREGENZER PROPERTIES sold 17-19 Model Ave., a 6,600-square-foot building in Hopewell Borough. NAI Fennelly’s Jerry Fennelly represented the seller.
