NMA DEPTFORD LLC sold 1851 Deptford
Center Road, the site of a net- leased, 60,759-square-foot Best Buy store in Deptford, to an affiliate of Agree Realty Corp. for $17 million. David H. Wirth, Andrew Fallon and Rick Fernandez of SRS Real Estate Partners-Northeast LLC represented the seller.
A private investor purchased 1045 Clifton Ave., the site of a 4,450-square- foot, net-leased Bank of America property in Clifton, for $3.838 million. Marcus & Millichap’s Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero and John Moroz represented the seller, while Eric M. Anton and Nelson Lee represented the buyer.
