The privately held development and construction firm — whose portfolio includes acquisition and value-add projects in the retail, multifamily, commercial and industrial sectors
— said Patel is responsible for spearheading and supervising all construction-related activities across its planned and active projects and job sites. The Edison resident also oversees Deugen’s quality controls and schedule of work, vendor and subcontractor and client relationships and service excellence.
Patel is a 20-year construction management veteran with a bachelor’s in civil engineering from India’s Nirma
Institute of
Technology and
a master’s in
construction
management
from Stevens
Institute of
Technology,
according to
a news release. He has expertise in integrated engineering solutions and management designed to streamline processes in order to maximize efficiencies.
Goras joins Deugen to direct the
firm’s estimating and purchasing departments, previously holding
well as key strategic markets along the East Coast.
She holds a degree from the University of

release. He has advised clients with projects throughout the U.S., assisting them with environmental issues in transactional, regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, while routinely engaging with and appearing before the New Jersey Department
of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

In announcing the move, Day Pitney said Terhune’s practice also comprises environmental cost recovery and environmental regulatory compliance issues related to real estate and business transactions or resulting from regulatory action, along with environmental due diligence.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Terhune was both an environmental engineering consultant and licensed professional engineer, Day Pitney said. He has worked for several engineering firms, including SCS Engineers, HSA Environmental
and The Louis Berger Group Inc., focusing on environmental due diligence, soil and groundwater contamination assessment, environmental permitting and landfill gas assessment and control. RE

As a member of Deugen’s project management team, Glavan is responsible
for providing
comprehensive
full-lifecycle
management
services, from
inception and
preconstruction
to project
closeout, the
firm said. Prior to joining Deugen, the Westwood resident was responsible for construction management of several multifamily buildings, projects for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and a range of community facilities.
Glavan is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, where
he earned a bachelor’s in civil engineering.
Crehan, a 10-year veteran of the real estate industry and Hoboken resident, is responsible for formulating, implementing and directing Deugen’s marketing and sales initiatives, the news release said. That includes expanding the firm’s growth and presence throughout New Jersey as

industry
while building
custom houses
throughout
North Jersey at age 16, before pursuing a degree in business administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
