   WCRE HIRES RETAIL
BROKER, FACILITIES
MANAGER
Wolf Commercial Real Estate has hired Brian Goren as a senior adviser and facilities manager, seeking to grow both its facilities services platform and its team of retail brokers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
In a news release, the Marlton-based firm said Goren
will provide
services for
both leasing and investment sale transactions, while working closely with
its property
management
arm. He comes to the company with an extensive background in both commercial real estate and the food and beverage industry.
“Adding Brian to our team is going to provide a huge boost for both our current and future plans,” said Jason Wolf, WCRE’s managing principal. “His vast industry and operations experience, community
commitment, personality and knowledge of the region is a perfect match for WCRE.”
Goren began his real estate career at Legend Properties, where his primary focus was on retail tenant and landlord representation, the news release said. Prior to that, he was the part owner of Schmear It, a successful bagel business
in Philadelphia, where he built relationships with thousands of loyal customers and vendors around the state.
WCRE added that Goren and his team succeeded in expanding their brand from one food truck into multiple brick-and-mortar locations, as he led day-to-day operations at all four locations and helped train and hire new employees.
“WCRE is widely regarded as one of the most innovative and forward- looking commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firms in the area,” Goren said. “I am honored
to join their team of accomplished professionals and look forward to using my experience to transform and grow the WCRE brand across the region.”
