Gilbane, which has been building
in New Jersey since 1966, has more than 50 construction professionals working across the state. It has completed nearly $5.5 billion worth of construction in the market, including the Prudential Center, Quest Diagnostics’ Clifton laboratory, 50 Rector Park in Newark and others.
The firm recently secured an assignment as the construction manager for the new Lionsgate studio complex in Newark.
ENGINEER RETURNS TO PS&S AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Lisa A. DiGerolamo has rejoined PS&S, where she will serve as a senior vice president with a focus on infrastructure and site development projects.

DiGerolamo’s earlier tenure with the firm focused on infrastructure and site development projects throughout New Jersey and New York, with a particular expertise in hydrology
and hydraulics and storm water and floodplain management, the company said. She oversaw some of PS&S’ more notable projects, including the daylighting of the Sawmill River in Yonkers, New York, along with the Oakwood at Old Bridge residential development, the Hillsborough Promenade, the realignment of Greenwood Lake Turnpike and the Novartis campus expansions.
The firm added that DiGerolamo holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Montclair
State University. She is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

FIVE NEW HIRES
Woodmont Properties has announced five new hires across its multifamily development, industrial, legal and marketing teams.
The new additions to the Fairfield- based firm include Michael Palmer as vice president of development and Keith Meehan as director of industrial construction. Also joining the company are Christine Marsh as real estate paralegal, Ty’ya Givens as digital marketing and social media manager and Padraig Ryan as marketing specialist.
