AS PARTNER
Lee & Associates New Jersey has announced the addition of longtime office broker Geoffrey Schubert, adding a 54-year industry veteran to its Elmwood Park-based team.
Schubert, who spent more than two
decades as a top broker with CBRE, joins Lee & Associates New Jersey at the partner level, the firm announced. He comes with a list of past clients that has included AT&T, CBS, The Georgetown Group, Hanover Real Estate and others, specializing in office buildings and development
and transactions in the Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset, Morris and Bergen County markets.
“Geoffrey is an extremely intelligent and talented commercial real estate professional joining our team with vast industry knowledge and experience,” said Jason Lynch, a principal at Lee
& Associates New Jersey. “He will make an excellent leader, mentor and continue to provide superior service to his extensive client roster within the New Jersey market.”
Schubert most recently was a senior vice president at CBRE, where
he focused on agency and tenant representation, build-to-suit business and investment sales. During his time there, he was ranked in the top 10 percent of the firm’s professionals nationally.
The well-known broker is also a former senior vice president and managing director of Koll Management Services’ New Jersey team, following
the company’s acquisition of his former firm, Bridgewood Properties Inc. With the latter, Schubert served as CEO and president.
His career also includes serving as New Jersey division president of Vantage Cos., where he liquidated a $450 million real estate portfolio of

development from New York University and a bachelor’s in interior design from Kean University, while she is currently pursuing an MBA
in digital marketing from Montclair State University.
Ryan joins Woodmont after positions with the New Jersey Builders Association and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. As a marketing specialist, he will leverage his seven-plus years of experience to develop and communicate the firm’s strategy and multifamily offerings on a broad scale, tapping a skillset that includes digital and print content
