foot property in Bordentown, to Penwood Real Estate for $60 million. Newmark’s Steven Schultz, Steve Tolkach, Kyle Eaton and Tony Georgiev represented the seller.
EDGEWOOD PROPERTIES acquired Westgate, a 250,000-square-foot building at 477 Martinsville Road
in the Basking Ridge section of Bernards Township. JLL’s Jose Cruz, Kevin O’Hearn, Sean Ryan, Steve Simonelli, Michael Oliver and Grace Braverman represented the seller.
IVY REALTY and WATERFALL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC sold 50 and 100 Randolph Road, a 236,000-square- foot portfolio in the Somerset
section of Franklin. Newmark’s Kevin Welsh, Brian Schulz and Maria Betancourt represented the seller with support from Steven Schultz, Dan Reider, Kyle Eaton and Chris Koeck.
IVY REALTY purchased a two-building, 171,500-square-foot portfolio at 400
Benigno Blvd. and 101 Haag Ave. in Bellmawr for $19.25 million. CBRE’s Stephen Marzullo, Adam Silverman and Dan McGovern represented the seller.
