A private investor purchased 150 Smith Road, a 19,298-square-foot building in Parsippany, for $4.4 million. Colliers’ Jacklene Chesler, Patrick Norris and Joe Lane represented the seller.
THETA HOLDING COMPANY LP leased 18,529 square feet at Overlook Corporate Center, a 415,000-square- foot complex at 150 Clove Road in Little Falls, to Scarinci Hollenbeck LLC. JLL’s Frank D. Recine, Derek DeMartino and Nicholas DeCotiis represented the landlord, while Avison Young’s Drew Persson and Jeff Heller represented the tenant, a law firm.

BLUE DIAMOND EQUITIES purchased The Sterling, a 128-unit apartment tower at 2055 Center Ave. in Fort Lee, for $51.75 million. Cushman & Wakefield’s Niko Nicolaou, Brian Whitmer, Ryan Dowd and Will Gerlin represented the seller.
A private entity has sold a 127-unit apartment portfolio in Belmar and a second, undisclosed location for $34 million. Daniel Lanni of The Kislak Co. Inc. represented the seller and procured the buyer.
A private investor purchased Cornell Manor, an 82-unit apartment complex on Columbia Avenue in Stratford, for $9.5 million. Hudson Atlantic Realty’s Nicholas Favorito, Adam Zweibel and Jeffrey Otteau brokered the transaction.
