BROKERAGE TEAM
WITH NEWEST HIRES
Sitar Realty has expanded its brokerage team in recent months with a series of new hires.
The additions to the Woodbridge- based firm
University with a degree in exercise physiology with a concentration in pre-physical therapy. He is a lifetime member of CHHANGE at the Center for Holocaust, Human Rights and Genocide Education at Brookdale Community College, the firm said, noting that he is also an avid tennis and pickleball player.
Another recent hire, Melissa Matovsky- Whalen, joined Sitar this past spring
as a senior director, the firm said. She brings more than 12 years of expertise in property management, leasing and sales across multiple asset classes.
Matovsky-Whalen is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson, having also received her degree in social sciences from Brookdale Community College,
director focused on leasing and sales of restaurants, retail, warehouse
and multifamily properties. He is a former sales representative with Elan Pharmaceuticals, a co-instructor at
TM 29 more than four years of experience
managing mixed-use commercial and residential real estate, having also been personally involved in rehabbing properties.
Hayford is a licensed New Jersey salesperson
and received
his bachelor’s
in kinesiology
from Rutgers
University,
according to
his bio. He was
also recruited
by Rutgers to
play football after first attending Montclair State University, where he played rugby, while he is a member of several real estate investing clubs and is involved in several local community drives.

Also joining Sitar is Philip Meoli, who came to the firm this year as a senior
