IOREBA, which has more than 200 members, installed the new board on July 17 at its 54th annual golf and tennis outing at the Morris County Country Club in Morris Township.

golf, tennis and networking,” Tiger said. “I am pleased to be able to serve as president of one of the best commercial real estate organizations in the area. We have a great team
of board officers that are dedicated to creating opportunities for our members. We have many plans for
the upcoming year that includes expanding our event offerings that provide networking opportunities and educational programs to membership.”

Larken Associates has added Susan Livingstone-Martinetti to Raider Realty, its in-house commercial brokerage division, after a long tenure with its residential team.
Livingstone-Martinetti, now a commercial leasing agent, has spent 23 years with the Branchburg-
based firm. She will work closely in her new role with Raider Realty’s executive vice presidents, Rob Marek and Victor Kelly, to oversee leasing across its nearly 4 million-square-foot commercial portfolio.

Favorito’s recent deals include
the $14.7 million sale of a 26-unit apartment building in downtown Madison, which he brokered with Zweibel. Fusaro, for his part, joined the team from Monmouth University, while Susskind arrived in March after
