LXP INDUSTRIAL TRUST sold 4 Apollo Drive, a 127,144-square-foot flight training facility in the Whippany section of Hanover. JLL’s Jose Cruz, Jeremy Neuer, Marc Duval, Jordan Avanzato, Nicolas Stefans, Jason Lundy and Peter Kim represented the seller and procured the buyer.
VHF1575 LLC leased 120,000
square feet at 1575 Jersey Ave., a 129,129-square-foot property in North Brunswick, to Onus Global Fulfillment Solutions. Rubin Realty represented ownership, while David Blitt and Eli Hara of Bussel Realty Corp. represented the tenant.
SITEX GROUP leased 82,200 square feet at 7001 Anpesil Drive, a 210,000-square-foot property in North Bergen, to ReadySpaces. William F. Connors III of the William F. Connors Agency represented ownership.

67,355-square-foot building in Linden, for $21 million. Christopher Galiano of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. represented the buyer.
TEXACO DOWNSTREAM PROPERTIES
CO. signed a 35,000-square-foot lease renewal at 2020 South Stiles St., a 54,940-square-foot building in Linden, with AEX Group. Jordan Metz and Benito Abbate of represented the landlord.
A private entity sold 7A Donna Drive, a 15,000-square-foot warehouse
in Wood-Ridge, for $3.7 million. Marcus & Millichap’s Mark Gjonbalaj and Alan Cafiero represented both parties.
RIDGECUT ROAD and MARCUS PARTNERS leased 11,500 square feet at 456 Hollywood Ave. in South Plainfield to EquipmentShare. Jordan Metz and Ben Abbate of Bussel Realty Corp. represented the tenant, a construction technology firm.

352 Oldham Road, a nine-acre trucking facility in Wayne. Jason M. Crimmins, Alessandro (Alex) Conte and Peter J. Murano Jr. of The Blau & Berg Co. represented ownership. Century 21 represented the tenant.

St., a 200,000-square-foot building in Newark, to Newark Educators Community Charter School. Ebony Parham and Jeannette Melillo
of Newmark Associates CRE represented the tenant.
GENESIS BIO signed a 40,000-square- foot lease renewal at 1000 and 2000 Water View Drive, a 124,000-square- foot complex in Hamilton, with Honeywell International Inc. Fennelly Associates’ Jerry Fennelly
and Pat Dintrone represented ownership, while JLL’s Thomas Romano represented the tenant.
TRIUMVIRATE INVESTMENT LLC leased 16,375 square feet at 400 Fellowship Road, a 41,000-square-foot building in Mount Laurel, to US Radiology Specialists Inc. Wolf Commercial Real Estate’s Bethany Brown represented ownership.
