in Weehawken, for $5.2 million. Veerman Asset Management represented the seller and procured the buyer.

RYMAR FLOORING signed a 10,000-square-foot sublease at
435 Oehler Place in Carlstadt. CBRE’s Marta Villa represented
the sublandlord in the deal, while Alex Rosenberg of Team Resources represented the tenant.

leased 8,040 square feet at Silver Lake, a mixed-use property at 155 Belmont Ave. in Belleville, to Phenix Salon Suites. The Goldstein Group’s Chris Conway and Neil Goldstein represented the landlord, while David Townes and Alana Friedman of JLL represented the tenant.
