MSW ADDS THREE
ATTORNEYS
Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP has announced the addition of three attorneys to its growing commercial real estate practice.
According to the Newark-based firm, Jessica R. Brenner joins its team as
magna cum laude. She will receive her master of laws in real estate development from the University of Miami School of Law in December 2023.
Curtis Culvert, meantime, comes to MSW as an associate and will focus his practice on
land use and
and other transactional real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of all asset classes.
List received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin.

The professional services
firm said that, in his new role, Parekh will take an expanded leadership, mentoring and business development position within the practice, focusing on complex
and innovative remediation design projects. Based in the company’s Fairfield office, he joined GZA in 2018 and rises from the post of senior consultant.
Parekh is licensed as both a professional engineer and licensed site remediation professional in New Jersey and has more than two decades of experience in project management, environmental consulting, remediation engineering and construction management.

Also joining as an associate is Samuel List, who will focus on commercial real estate and finance matters, the news release said. He will support the firm’s attorneys in representing lenders and borrowers in connection with the negotiation of commercial mortgage and construction loans,
