BULBIN AS DIRECTOR
OF ACQUISITIONS
Kushner Real Estate Group has hired veteran industry executive Max Bulbin to spearhead its growing acquisitions platform.
In his new role with the Jersey City-based firm, Bulbin will direct
a strategy that includes identifying prime investment opportunities in high-demand areas and providing support throughout the acquisition, predevelopment and development process, according to a news release. He joins KRE as its director

In Philadelphia, KRE and partner National Real Estate Advisors are developing a 13-story, 360-unit residential tower known as The Noble that will link Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties and Old City neighborhoods, while the company also recently entered the Southeast market with two acquisitions of industrial buildings in Florida, under a partnership with the STRO Cos.

SCHLEER TO V.P. OF
CONSTRUCTION
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has promoted longtime team member John Schleer to vice president of construction, the Teaneck-based firm announced.
In his new role, Schleer will continue to grow his leadership position as he guides all aspects
of the company’s construction operations, from tenant buildouts to property capital improvements to ground-up development, according to a news release. He will also work closely with its in-house property management and leasing teams as well as third-party contractors and professionals.
Schleer joined Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in 2007 and most recently was its director of construction.

in successfully navigating the challenges in the field and from the broader supply chain have ensured our projects are delivered both on
construction capabilities continue to follow the gold standard
of construction this firm has established and is continuously recognized for.”
OTTERBEIN NAMED
STRO CONTROLLER
The STRO Cos. has hired Erik Otterbein as its new controller.
In a news release, the Ridgewood- based firm said Otterbein brings 17 years of experience and joins its team after serving as controller for Paramount Assets. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing and managing all accounting functions.
Prior to Paramount, Otterbein held positions at One Wall Management, Kushner and The Hampshire Cos.

to STRO,” said Jeff Pandolfo, the firm’s chief operating officer. “Erik brings extensive experience in property accounting and will be an invaluable addition to our team as we expand across New Jersey and the Southeast.”
Otterbein earned a bachelor’s in business and accounting from Fordham University and lives in northern New Jersey.

CenterPoint Properties has announced new positions for Jim Clewlow and PJ Charlton, two key executives who

the country,
including New
Jersey.

Clewlow will assume the newly created role of chief operating officer and will lead its investment, development and asset management teams. He moves into the post after serving as the company’s longtime executive vice president and chief investment officer.
