BRODY, LEGENDARY APPRAISER, JOINS OTTEAU GROUP
The Otteau Group Inc. has hired longtime appraiser and real estate industry veteran Jon Brody as a senior managing director with its Matawan-based team.
Brody, who founded Appraisal Consultants Corp. in 1983 and spent
Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, a course focusing on the ethical and technical obligations of an appraiser.

Lee & Associates New Jersey has hired seasoned brokers Monica Franco and Claudia Ganas as senior vice presidents in its Edison office.
The firm said Franco, a Colonia resident, specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties with a focus on central and southern New Jersey, having spent more than six years representing tenants, landlords, investors and developers both locally
and across the country. She joined Lee & Associates from CRP Realty
and previously
spent 15 years
with Capital
One working in
finance and commercial lending.
Franco is also a member of the Material Handling Society New Jersey.
Ganas, whose real estate career began more than 10 years ago, specializes in sale and leasing and acquisition and disposition of
industrial and investment properties and land parcels, according to a news release. She has a broad geographic focus, the
firm said, with expertise in real estate consulting
for owners and investors.
The Hillsborough resident comes to Lee & Associates from CRP Realty and previously worked with Sotheby’s International Realty. Together, Franco and Ganas have closed nearly $100 million in real estate transactions.

JLL ADDS FORMER HLW NEW JERSEY LEADER SACRAMONE
JLL has bolstered its New Jersey brokerage team with the addition of Kimberly Sacramone, an accomplished workplace expert with more than three decades of industry experience.
Sacramone, the former leader of design firm HLW’s New Jersey team, joins JLL as a senior vice president based in its Parsippany office. She will look to leverage the firm’s global service platform to support corporate clients, with a focus on their space needs as well as sustainable practices and carbon emission reduction.

Sacramone most recently was principal and managing director
of HLW New Jersey, a venture she established in 2014, according to a news release. Under her leadership, the New Jersey office quickly
rose to prominence, becoming a leader in the state’s market for planning, architecture and design and amassing a client base that included UPS, Everest RE, Eisai, Kering, Samsung, BCG, Panasonic and others.
“I’m thrilled to join the One JLL team,” Sacramone said. “It’s a

Sacramone, a Drexel University alumna, is a licensed real estate professional in New Jersey, the news release said. She holds certifications as an accredited professional under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design scale and as a Fitwel ambassador, while she has been recognized on lists such as 50 Women in Business, Emerging Business of the Year and Best Places to Work.

SANCHEZ AS
CONTROLLER
REDCOM has hired Carlos Sanchez Jr. as its controller, the Westfield- based engineering, architecture and construction firm announced.
In his new role, Sanchez will lead the company’s financial operations, including the development of financial strategy and metrics. He will also monitor control systems and deliver financial reporting, REDCOM said, noting that he brings more than a decade of accounting and controllership experience in the construction industry.

written and testified on a host of narrative reports on real property valuation, markets and studies on a wide range of topics for both private clients and municipalities, having participated in more than 100 cases in the Superior Courts of New Jersey, many of which were high-profile proceedings resulting in landmark decisions.
In addition to litigation and testifying, Brody has lectured on real estate matters.
“We are excited to have someone like Jon join our firm,” said Jeffrey Otteau, managing partner and chief economist of Otteau Group. “He is one of the best litigation appraisers and will drive the growth of our litigation division.”
Brody holds the prestigious MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute as well as
the CRE designation from the Counselors of Real Estate, the news release said. The former Appraisal Consultants Corp. president has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Metro New Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and served as past president of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers’ North Jersey Chapter and past president of chapter No. 1 of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.
