THE SAADIA GROUP leased 153,320 square feet at 1735 Jersey Ave. in North Brunswick to Kamps Pallets. Mindy Lissner of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, while Avison Young’s Paul Errigo, Ed English and Ron Ganter represented the tenant.
CARRIER ENTERPRISE leased 78,000 square feet at 30 Duke Road in Piscataway. Chuck Fern, Jason Barton and Jack Winge of Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership, with Levin Management Corp. serving as asset manager, while C&W’s Dan Johnsen represented the tenant.
An affiliate of SNOWBALL DEVELOPMENTS LLC acquired 657 Union Blvd., a 52,000-square-foot building in Totowa. Jason Levy and Jeffrey Fulton of Team Resources Inc. brokered the sale.

leased 43,000 square feet at 3220 Bordentown Ave. in the Parlin section of Old Bridge to E-Z Cargo. Sheldon Gross Realty represented the landlord, while Anthony Rittwager and Matthew Phillips of Bussel Realty Corp. represented the tenant.
HAENSSLER REALTY CORP. sold 592 Hawthorne Ave., a 10,878-square-foot building in Irvington, to Irvington Industrial LLC. NAI James E. Hanson’s Justin Allessio represented both parties.
ASSOCIATED IMPORTS and an undisclosed tenant leased a combined 7,395 square feet at 24 and 26 Libella Court in Newark. Jason Crimmins, Alessandro (Alex) Conte and Peter
Murano of The Blau & Berg Co. represented ownership in both deals, while also representing the tenant
at 24 Libella. Guzin Bayraktarlar of United Real Estate represented the latter tenant.
AIR PRODUCTS AND CHEMICALS INC. sold 100 East Dewey Ave., an 11.77- acre development site in Wharton,
to West Dewey LLC. NAI James E. Hanson represented the seller, while CBRE’s Thomas M. Mallaney and Denise Kokulak represented the buyer.
COREONE INDUSTRIAL LLC acquired 9101 River Road, a 2.2-acre parcel with an 8,940-square-foot truck terminal building in Pennsauken. Steven Bentolila of Bento Property Group and Solomon Michailow of S2 Property Group brokered the transaction.

22 in Lebanon. The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group’s Todd Gannet represented the seller, while Jason Forster of Proventus Properties procured the buyer.

SHELDON GROSS REALTY sold 4810 Belmar Blvd., a 23,661-square-foot building in Wall Township, to CTC Holdings LLC for $5.2 million. Sheldon Gross Realty’s Jonathan Gross, Jonathan Glick and Marcy Gross brokered the transaction.

building at 180 North Dean St. in Englewood to Hahn Properties LLC. NAI James E. Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the seller.
