A life insurance company provided $81 million in permanent financing to Seagis Property Group for 100 Frontage Road, a 224,900-square- foot warehouse in Newark. JLL’s Jim Cadranell, Gregory Nalbandian and Michael Lachs arranged the five-year, interest-only loan.
PCCP provided a $53.5 million construction loan to Lincoln
Equities Group in connection with 681 Main St., a 204,407-square-foot industrial development in Belleville. Cushman & Wakefield’s John Alascio, Chuck Kohaut, TJ Sullivan
TM 13 and Jason Blankfein sourced the
debt.
BRAVO PROPERTY TRUST originated
a $46 million construction loan to Bayonne Equities BII Urban Renewal for Allora, a 128-unit multifamily project at 281-289 Broadway in Bayonne.
EASE CAPITAL provided $32 million in construction takeout financing to AIRN Management for The Station, a new 97-unit multifamily property at 4901 Bergenline Ave. in West New York. Mark Elletson of Maidstone Advisors represented the borrower.
An entity managed by ARGENTIC INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LLC provided a $29 million bridge loan to Fernmoor, the developer of
a 144-unit multifamily property known as Mi-Place at Brightmoor at 301 Sicklerville Road in Winslow Township. CBRE’s Matthew Klauer and Cassandra Russell sourced the three-year loan.
EMERALD CREEK CAPITAL closed a $5.4 million loan to refinance a 19- unit apartment building at 425-429 Avenue C in Bayonne. Alex Dobosh and Michael Lee of HKS Real Estate Advisors brokered the transaction. RE
