LEADER FORCELLO
CBRE has promoted Will Forcello to managing director, his latest role during more than 15 years with the real estate services firm.
According to a news release, Forcello will continue to serve as market leader for the
company’s
central New
Jersey team
based in East
Brunswick.
He’ll do so
while working
closely with
Senior Managing
Director Jeffrey Hipschman to lead and grow CBRE’s advisory business in the local market.
“We are delighted to announce Will’s promotion to managing director, and I look forward to collaborating with him as we develop and implement strategic plans to further expand our focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes,” Hipschman said. “Will is the perfect executive to foster and champion a culture of excellence at
CBRE and help carry our New Jersey business into the future.”
The firm noted that Forcello has served as an advisory professional while leading various business units during his tenure. He started his career in industrial and office leasing before expanding to research analysis and then rising to become the head
of CBRE’s tristate suburban research group.
In a previous role as sales management leader, Forcello drove record revenue growth over the previous several years. He graduated from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a bachelor’s in business administration and a concentration in finance.

Jeffrey Albanese, a veteran of the gas station and convenience store industry, has joined Bennett Realty & Development as a director, in the latest addition to the Holmdel-based team.

According to her bio, Maioriello has appeared before municipal planning boards and governing bodies about the designation of properties as areas in need of redevelopment, having drafted local redevelopment legislation in accordance with the Municipal Land Use Law. She is also an accomplished litigator who has represented clients in condemnation litigation and landlord/tenant disputes, as well as in employment and personal injury actions.
Maioriello, who earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

was intimately involved in the approval process for many ground-up development deals.
