THOR EQUITIES GROUP leased
29,782 square feet at 95 Green St., a 350,000-square-foot building in Jersey City, to IAVI. JLL’s Blake Goodman, Bob Ryan, Dan Loughlin, Craig Eisenhardt, John Cahill and Dan Spero represented ownership, while John Isaacs, Joseph DeRosa, Conor Dolan and others from CBRE represented the tenant.

and BUZZ BOX leased a combined 26,100 square feet at The Seydel, an 80,000-square-foot property at 78-100 Forrest St. in Jersey City. Grid Real Estate’s Gregory D. Edgell brokered the transactions.
THE VITAMIN SHOPPE subleased 24,908 square feet at 300 Harmon Meadow Blvd., a 125,820-square-
foot building in Secaucus, to Abra Health. Newmark’s Jeff Kolodkin and Andrew Kirshenbaum represented the subtenant.
SIGNATURE ACQUISITIONS leased 17,386 square feet at 100 Walnut Ave., a 182,555-square-foot building in Clark, to All-Ways Forwarding.

GROUP leased 7,006 square feet at 180 Park Ave., a 228,350-square-foot property in Florham Park, to Carisk Partners Inc. Cushman & Wakefield’s William O’Keefe, Courtney Brooke Rosenkrantz and Brian Decillis represented ownership.
NUVEEN REAL ESTATE signed a 7,000-square-foot lease expansion
at Princeton Point, a two-building, 440,000-square-foot complex at
600 and 650 College Road East in Plainsboro, with Dr. Reddy’s Labs. Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton represented the landlord, while the firm’s Shawn Straka represented the tenant.
PO PLAZA MANAGEMENT LLC leased 6,152 square feet at 50 Division St., a 73,068-square-foot building in Somerville, to the Somerset County Business Partnership. Tim Deluccia
of Deluccia Commercial Group and Bree Manchanda of Commercial Real Estate Solutions LLC represented the respective parties.
TEANECK MEDICAL LLC sold 315 Cedar Lane, a 6,000-square-foot building in Teaneck, to Only Grace Properties. NAI James E. Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the seller, while Re/Max Signature Homes represented the buyer.

for $80 million. JLL’s Fran Coyne, Carl Fiebig, Mike Oliver, Jose Cruz, Samantha Kupersmith and Tyler Margraf represented the seller, while Cushman & Wakefield’s John Alascio, Alex Hernandez, Aaron Graves and John Spreitzer represented Colony Hills in securing $29 million of equity
TM 13 financing for the purchase, including
preferred equity from Heitman and common equity via a strategic partnership with Balfour Beatty.
A private investor acquired a three- property, 258-unit apartment portfolio at 1922 Beach Ave., 1917 North Columbia Ave., 1925 North Arkansas Ave., 2304 Sheldon Ave., 2304 Hamilton Ave., 905 West Riverside Drive and 1801 and 1800 North Missouri Ave. in Atlantic City for $20.5 million. Joni Sweetwood of The Kislak Co. Inc. represented the sellers.

A private entity sold a portfolio of 46 apartments at Tudor Court, an 85-unit cooperative property at 800-822 North Broad St. in Elizabeth, for $5.2 million. Janet Bortz and Joni Sweetwood of The Kislak Co. Inc. represented the seller and procured the buyer.
