TEIXEIRA JOINS NAIDB
AS VICE PRESIDENT
Priscilla Teixeira has joined
NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. as a vice
president, marking the latest
addition to the Woodbridge-based
brokerage team.
In a news release, the fi rm said

industry
experience
to her new
role, including
an extensive
background in
residential and
commercial

lending. She previously was affi liated
with a boutique real estate fi rm in
Union County.
“We are excited to welcome Priscilla
to our growing NAIDB team, where
we are focused on hiring individuals
who share a desire to work in
a collaborative and supportive
environment and offer exceptional
service to their clients and
customers,” said David Simon, the
fi rm’s chief operating offi cer.
NAIDB announced the new hire in
early October, touting Teixeira as a
well-rounded brokerage professional
who also specializes in industrial
fl ex and warehouse property
sales and leasing transactions.
Additionally, her brokerage
activities encompass multifamily
properties, redevelopment projects,
land development and investment
opportunities.
The Basking Ridge resident is part
of a fl urry of recent hires by NAIDB
in recent years as it looks to expand
its presence, with an emphasis on
northern and central New Jersey,
while focusing on broker recruitment
initiatives.

to expand my practice area and deliver

Denholtz Properties has deepened
its bench with the addition of Paul
Paschal as director of acquisitions
for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast
and Kyle Kostakis as development
manager.
The fi rm, which is based in Red
Bank, said Paschal joins it team after
serving as vice
president of Lee
& Associates’
Charleston,
South Carolina,
offi ce and
having also
held roles in
the region

with Marcus &
Millichap and NAI Columbia. Now
based in North Carolina, he will lead
Denholtz’s industrial and multifamily
acquisitions strategy in high-growth
primary, secondary and tertiary
markets across the Southeast and
Mid-Atlantic.
Kostakis, for his part, will work
from the Red Bank offi ce and joins
the fi rm after nearly a decade in
multiple project management roles
with Toll Bros. As development
manager, he will work closely with
Denholtz Director of Development
Steve Lidster to execute the
company’s growing pipeline.

Paschal holds a bachelor’s in
communication studies from the
University of North Carolina –
Chapel Hill, according to a news
release. Kostakis holds a bachelor’s
in business administration, fi nance
and real estate from Villanova
University.
