HOFFMAN JOINS
LINDABURY IN REAL
ESTATE, LITIGATION

Hoffman as an associate in its
litigation and real estate, land use
and zoning practice groups.

Westfi eld, said Hoffman represents
clients in a wide range of disputes,

Hoffman holds a J.D. from Rutgers
Law School, where he served as
vice president of the Student Bar
Association and president of the
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Society, according to a news
release. Admitted to practice in New
Jersey, he is actively involved in the
New Jersey State Bar Association
and the Bergen County Bar
Association.

MAKES THREE HIRES
ON GROWING TEAM
Bertone Piccini LLP has broadened
its team with the addition of Donald
Pierce and Madison Conlon as
attorneys and Eliseo Labayen as a
law clerk.
The fi rm, which is based in
Hasbrouck Heights, said Pierce
joins its ranks as an experienced
commercial and consumer litigator
with an emphasis in the areas of
construction law and consumer
fraud. Prior to joining Bertone
Piccini, he successfully represented
clients in complex contractual
disputes, construction lien claims
and in general litigation matters
involving the Consumer Fraud Act,
Home Improvement Practices Act
and other consumer regulations.
Pierce is a U.S. Army veteran, having
served as an infantry offi cer in the
82nd Airborne Division, and received
his juris doctor from Rutgers Law
School.

Conlon, who joins the fi rm as an
associate, has worked as a paralegal
at multiple real estate law fi rms
across Bergen

at a litigation-
focused law
fi rm in Sydney,
Australia, as
part of a study
abroad and
internship
Madison Conlon
program at
Boston University, according to a
news release. She received her law
degree from Seton Hall University
School of Law, where she was
awarded a full-tuition Presidential
Scholarship.

Conlon said. “I’m looking forward

Labayen, meantime, is in his second
year at New York Law School and
expects to receive his juris doctor in
2026. During his law school career,
he has interned for a renewable
energy construction company,
where he assisted in the research,
drafting and review of engineering,
procurement and construction
agreements and other legal
developments in the construction
industry.
Prior to entering law school,

Labayen was a candidate for the New
York City Council District 29 and
taught English as a foreign language
in Tudela, Spain.

by Grace C. Bertone and Piccini,

more, the news release said. It has
also grown recently by providing
outside general counsel services to
startup and midsized businesses and
real estate developers.
REYNOLDS TAPS
GREEN AS CFO
Real estate fi nance veteran Stuart
Green has joined Reynolds Asset
Management as its chief fi nancial
offi cer, bolstering the fi rm’s
executive team as it eyes continued
growth.
The company, which is based in
Paramus, said Green brings more
than 35 years of experience leading
fi nance and investment operations.
He’s also an expert in accounting,
business development, fi nancial
analysis and project management,
which Reynolds said will be critical
