CONLON JOINS
SCARINCI REAL
ESTATE TEAM
Scarinci & Hollenbeck LLC has
bolstered its real estate practice with
the addition of Patrick T. Conlon, one
of several new attorneys in the fi rm’s
Red Bank and New York City offi ces.

of the real estate landscape.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey,
Conlon earned his law degree from
the University of North Carolina
School of Law. He also holds a
bachelor’s from Ohio State University.
Other new additions to Little Falls-
based Scarinci include:
• Brittany P. Tarabour as a senior
associate with the public law
department
• Matthew F. Mimnaugh as a
senior associate in the litigation
department
• Kevin M. Cuddihy, who is joining
the fi rm for a second time, as an
associate supporting the public and
education law practice groups
• Seraphema Menna as an associate
in the public law practice group
• Carleigh Stiehm-Wenik as an
associate in the fi rm’s litigation
department

DRESDNER ROBIN
TAPS RILEY FOR KEY
SURVEYING POST
Dresdner Robin has hired veteran
service professional Austin Riley as
an associate director in its surveying
department, the Jersey City-based
land use consultancy announced.
Riley, a licensed land surveyor, comes
to the fi rm with more than 15 years
of experience in managing complex,
cross-functional projects. He most
recently was a project surveyor at
Najarian Associates Inc., having also
worked as a surveyor at DW Smith
Associates and continued in that role
after the fi rm was acquired by PS&S
in 2019.
As part of his new position, Riley
will oversee all staff within Dresdner
Robin’s surveying department and
will continue to develop innovative
services for the team’s application,
the fi rm said,

to adopting
the latest
technologies in
civil engineering,
environmental

landscape architecture, land
surveying, planning and geospatial
analysis.
“Innovation and technology are the

Riley, who is also a Federal Aviation
Administration-certifi ed drone
operator, graduated from New
Jersey Institute of Technology in
2022 with a bachelor’s in survey
engineering technology and from
Marist College in 2001 with a business
administration degree.

stellar reputation in the industry for
delivering creative solutions for a
wide range of projects, as well as its
customized approach to customer
service, which were some of the
key aspects that attracted me to the
fi rm,” Austin said. “I’m thrilled to be

HOERMANN RETIRES
FROM PREMIER
NORTHEAST TEAM
PREMIER Design + Build Group has
announced the retirement of Karl
Hoermann, its senior vice president
and director of construction for the
Northeast division.
Hoermann, a key member of the
Woodbridge-based regional team,
leaves his post with more than 40
years of construction industry expe-
rience. PREMIER noted that, during
his nearly decade-long tenure with
the fi rm, he made signifi cant contri-
butions to the division by establishing
strong client and community relation-
ships and expanding its footprint in
the Northeast.
“His leadership style — marked by
integrity, extensive knowledge and
a commitment to excellence — has
left an indelible mark on PREMIER,”
the fi rm wrote in its announcement.
“Karl’s mentorship has inspired a
generation of team members, who
have benefi ted from his guidance
and unwavering dedication to doing
things right.”
Hoermann began in New York as
a site superintendent, where he
quickly established himself as a
trusted leader, managing intricate
commercial and residential projects
across the
tristate area,
according to a
news release. He
transitioned to
offi ce building
construction,
leading to high-
level leadership

PREMIER, which counts several
of New Jersey’s top warehouse
developers as its clients, announced
in 2020 that it had promoted
Hoermann to senior vice president
and director of construction. He had
joined the fi rm fi ve years earlier,
previously serving as an executive
vice president at a major New Jersey-
based general contractor, where he
oversaw everything from small fi t-
outs to $100 million projects.
MSW ADDS CALLAHAN,
STACKPOLE TO
GROWING TEAM
Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP has
deepened its bench in multiple prac-
tice groups, announcing Sean Callah-
an and Briana Stackpole as the latest
additions to its Newark-based team.
Callahan, a partner in MSW’s
construction law and litigation
practice groups, joins the fi rm with
more than 25 years as a practicing
lawyer. That includes representing
some of the most prominent
developers, owners, general
contractors,
subcontractors,
construction
managers
and design
professionals in
New York and
New Jersey,
most recently
Sean Callahan
serving as a
partner at one of the Garden State’s
top full-service law fi rms.
He earned a law degree from the
University of Georgia School of Law
and his undergraduate degree from
Davidson College.
“I have known Sean for 10 years
and we are thrilled to be adding him
to our rapidly expanding practice,”
said Anthony Capasso, chair of
MSW’s litigation and construction
law practice groups. “Sean is an
exceptional resolution-oriented
attorney who appreciates that, as
litigators, we are justifi ed by the

clients. Sean has secured countless
hard-fought victories for his clients at

and New Jersey practice.”
Stackpole, meantime, joins the fi rm as
counsel in its transactional practice
group, where she’ll represent its many
institutional clients in connection with
a variety of transactional, leasing and
fi nancing matters in New Jersey and
New York and throughout the country,
according to a news release. Prior to
joining MSW, she was an attorney at
an AM100 law fi rm, handling complex
commercial real estate transactions
throughout the country.
She holds a law degree from Brooklyn
Law School and her bachelor’s from
Muhlenberg College.
“We are incredibly excited to
welcome Briana to MSW. Briana joins
the fi rm after obtaining considerable
experience at her prior fi rm in New
York City, and I have no doubt that
