ON THE HORIZON
While 2024 was a complicated
and uncertain year for many in
our industry, MSW maintained
continued growth, helping
our clients close more than
$1 billion in commercial
real estate and fi nancing
transactions throughout
the country, secured major
litigation victories on behalf
of our clients, obtained land
use approvals for multifamily,
commercial and retail projects
and negotiated over $400
million in Aspire Tax Credits
for transformative real
estate development projects
throughout the state. The
fi rm also invested heavily in
building our Construction Law
and Litigation practice groups,
which grew signifi cantly over
the past 12 months. We believe
that 2025 will be a banner
year for our team and we look
forward to being a part of our
clients’ continued success.
