The fi rm represented Avis
Budget Group in the relocation
of its world headquarters
to a state-of-the-art offi ce
development. Avis located a
building larger than required.
This presented an issue in
that Avis desired to own its
headquarters facility, while
providing contemporary
amenities for its employees,
without the burdens of property
management. To meet our
