2024 / 2025 continues to be
very active for complex and
transformational projects
throughout the state. We’re
proud to have contributed to two
projects, in particular, that have
made headlines in both Newark
and New Brunswick, respectively.
The New Jersey Performing Arts
Center campus redevelopment
— a 6.1-acre neighborhood
including residential, retail, arts
and culture, entertainment and
public space — closed under our
guidance in December 2024. This
is a highly complex multiparty land
transaction, including multiple joint
ventures, construction fi nancing
and Aspire tax credit sale. In New
Brunswick, the HELIX project
is dominating the skyline and
