PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
Wilentz has been representing
a property owner in connection
with the redevelopment of a large
tract in southern New Jersey
pursuant to a redevelopment
agreement. Our work has included
consideration of issues related
to potential use of certain of the
buildings for cannabis cultivation
and manufacturing, development
of public parks and connecting
the project to a nearby train
station. On behalf of the client,
