NAI James E. Hanson broker Randy
Horning has earned the SIOR
designation from the global Society
of Industrial and Offi ce Realtors,
achieving a new milestone in his 18-
year career.
The Teterboro-based fi rm said
Horning, a vice president, has been
involved in hundreds of lease and
sale transactions and has completed
market evaluations on health
care, offi ce, industrial, retail and
investment properties. He now joins
a dozen colleagues at NAI Hanson
who hold the

with SIOR,
which requires

maintain a
high volume

real estate industry.
SIOR’s network spans more than 50

RIPCO Real Estate has strengthened
its New Jersey team with the hiring
of longtime retail brokers Joe
AmecAngelo and Patti AmecAngelo
as executive vice presidents.
The AmecAngelos, formerly of CBRE,
arrive with more than 30 years of
combined commercial real estate
experience. They are based in the
fi rm’s Elmwood Park offi ce, joining
alongside Alexis Fiore as a sales
associate and marketing coordinator
who will work closely with the well-
known brokers.

According to a news release, Joe
AmecAngelo has more than 15
years of commercial real estate
experience. At CBRE, where he began
in 2018, he formed a two-person
team with Patti and specialized in
retail representation across the U.S.
and Canada, while serving as the
exclusive national master broker for a
host of operators.

Brunelli & Co.

for 7-Eleven and Wawa locations
throughout Pennsylvania and New
Jersey.
She has also negotiated transactions
for several national retailers across
the country, while she has been
instrumental in pitching, acquiring
and retaining long-term client
relationships that have helped the
couple grow a thriving multi-brand
national real estate service for
growing franchisor and franchisee
concepts.
Before CBRE, AmecAngelo worked
at R.J. Brunelli, VRI Commercial Real
Estate and Better Homes Residential
Realty.
