RIEFLER JOINS
TRAMMELL CROW
N.Y. METRO TEAM
Trammell Crow Co. has added to
its team in the tristate area with
the hiring of Jagger Riefl er as a vice
president, the developer announced.
Riefl er, who is based in Manhattan,
will be responsible for sourcing
and overseeing new industrial
development opportunities
throughout
New York,
New Jersey
and western
Connecticut.
He joins TCC
from Prologis
Inc., where
he quickly

from analyst to associate to
manager of investments, and has
held positions with other prominent
commercial real estate fi rms.
TCC noted that Riefl er will work
directly under Jessica Fraser, who
leads TCC’s industrial development
team throughout the New York City
metro region.

Jagger to our team,” said Fraser,
a senior vice president with TCC.
“His intuition and skill at fi nding
deals and new opportunities will
be invaluable as we seek to grow
our presence across the NYC
metro area. We look forward to his
contributions in driving our growth

According to a news release, Riefl er
has demonstrated expertise in
evaluating, originating, negotiating
and managing underwriting of
acquisitions and development
opportunities across New York,
New Jersey, Pennsylvania and
Toronto. Notably, he underwrote
and contributed to Prologis’
acquisition of Duke Realty and
played a key role in evaluating the
fi rm’s North American portfolio for
potential data center conversion
and redevelopment.
His transaction experience includes
signifi cant assets in New York and
New Jersey, totaling more than
$200 million, the news release
said. He has also held positions at
TPG Angelo Gordon and Cushman
& Wakefi eld, while he holds a
bachelor’s in economics from
Trinity College.

DIGroup Architecture has named
a new principal and promoted
three other leaders across its New
Brunswick headquarters and satellite
offi ce in Philadelphia.
In a news release, the fi rm said Scott
Hoffman rises to the principal role
to become the newest member of its
executive leadership team. Meantime,
it has elevated Jaime Masler Beach
and Kelli Glasgow to associate
principal, while promoting Dalina
Cruz to senior interior designer.
“These advancements refl ect our
dedication to fostering internal talent
and ensuring continued success in
delivering exceptional architectural,
interior and environmental graphic
design solutions that positively
impact the communities and clients
we serve,” said Principal Jeffrey
Venezia, who co-founded DIG with
principals Vince Myers, president,
and Rich Alderiso, chief operating
offi cer.
Hoffman, a seasoned project manager
with 15 years at DIG, leads the
Philadelphia offi ce and oversees a
diverse portfolio
of impactful
projects,
according to a
news release.

Glasgow, for her part, arrived at

RISES TO PROJECT
EXECUTIVE
Saxum Real Estate has promoted
Frank Caputo to project executive
within the Summit-based fi rm’s
development and construction team.
According to a news release, Caputo
has completed multiple projects
since joining the company in 2021
and currently has four cold storage
warehouses under construction.
He’s also spearheading the project
management for two large industrial
developments in Texas and Florida
that will total more than 4 million
square feet with over $500 million in
market capitalization.
With more than 25 years of
experience in the residential and
commercial construction industries,
Caputo has been instrumental
in guiding Saxum’s design and
construction teams through
the construction process from
groundbreaking to completion, the
news release said.

HUDSON ATLANTIC’S
FAVORITO NAMED V.P.,
MULTIFAMILY SALES
Hudson Atlantic has added to its
leadership ranks after promoting
broker Nick Favorito to vice
president of multifamily sales.
The fi rm, which is based in
Parsippany, said Favorito has
excelled in his role as a sales
associate since joining its team in
September 2021. He has closed more
than $60 million in sales transactions
during that time.
“Nick has been an instrumental part
of our growth and success since
he joined the team, when Hudson
