LEVIN PROMOTES
CIARAVINO, ADDS
OLIVER AS CFO
Levin Management Corp. has elevated
Denise Ciaravino to director of
operations, citing her leadership
and longstanding contributions to
the fi rm’s property management
department.
Based in North Plainfi eld, the
company said Ciaravino joined its
team as a property manager in 2006
and steadily rose through the ranks,
most recently serving as a portfolio
manager. Her new promotion is her
second in four years.
“Denise is a true asset to the
property management team, and
we congratulate her on this well-
deserved appointment,” said Erika

As director of operations, Ciaravino
is monitoring and augmenting LMC’s
property management operational
procedures to increase effi ciency
and ensure compliance with both
industry regulations and LMC
quality standards, according to
a news release. Additionally, the
Middletown resident is managing
the fi rm’s property managers’ day-to-
day activities, including initial and
ongoing training, and overseeing
property inspections.

pride in promoting from within,” CEO
Matthew K. Harding said. “Denise is
a great example of the high-caliber
professionals who are upholding
Levin’s legacy of outstanding service

Ciaravino holds a bachelor’s in
management science from Kean
University and maintains a Real
Property Administrator designation.
She has also been an active member
of the Building Owners & Managers
Association of New Jersey since
2004 and was honored in 2023 with
the organization’s Retail Property
Management Professional award,
which recognizes commercial real
estate professionals who have
demonstrated exceptional standards
and commitment to their work and
dedication to advancing the industry.
In a subsequent announcement, LMC
said it appointed
Jeanette Oliver
as chief fi nancial
offi cer, noting
that she brings
a wealth of
fi nance and
accounting
expertise to her

new role. That
includes her most recent position as
chief accounting offi cer at Silverstein
Properties Inc., part of a career that
spans more than 25 years in the real
estate and development industries.
As CFO, Oliver will be deeply focused
on the integrity of LMC’s fi nancial
reporting processes, with oversight
of its fi nance, accounting, budgeting,
credit, cash management and lease
administration functions, according
to a news release. That will support
the fi rm’s leasing and management
portfolio of 125 properties across the
region.
“Jeanette is a results-oriented,
C-suite leader, and we are pleased to
welcome her to Levin Management,”
Harding said. “Her deep industry
expertise, collaborative spirit and
proven leadership makes her an
invaluable addition. I am confi dent
that Jeanette will play a key role in
driving Levin’s fi nancial strategy and
supporting the company’s continued
growth.”
Oliver, a Chesterfi eld resident, is
also a former accounting director at
Forest City Ratner Cos., the news
release said. She holds a bachelor’s
in accounting from Post University
and is profi cient in industry-leading
technology and software, including
Yardi.
LMC added that Oliver was named
one of the Top 50 Women Chief
Accounting Offi cers of 2024 by
Women We Admire.

KOTLYAREVSKY AS CFO
Denholtz has made another
addition to its leadership team
with the appointment of Alexander
Kotlyarevsky as chief fi nancial offi cer,
the Red Bank-based fi rm announced.
In his new role, Kotlyarevsky will
oversee the company’s fi nancial
strategy, planning and infrastructure,
business intelligence, compliance
reporting, treasury and accounting,
all with the goal of providing
fi nancial insights to guide its national
investment strategy, according to a
news release. He

from CRM

multifamily
property
management
fi rm with more

than 11,000 units
nationwide,
bringing a wealth of experience
in strategic planning, business
intelligence, data analytics, digital
transformation and capital raising.

been part of,” said Katie Kurtz, CEO
of Denholtz. “At this pivotal moment

Kotlyarevsky is the latest executive
to join the 72-year-old fi rm as it looks
to transition to a national commercial
real estate investment manager.
Aside from CRM Residential, where
he served as CFO, he has held
senior fi nancial leadership roles at
Premier Developers and Premier
Concrete Systems, Intellego Capital
Partners, Maxx Properties, AR Global
Investments, Cushman & Wakefi eld
and Saks Fifth Avenue.
NAIDB PROMOTES
SHEIN, GERACE
NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has promoted
Marc Shein to executive vice
president and Kyle Gerace to vice
president, the commercial real estate
services fi rm announced.
Based in Woodbridge, NAIDB said
Shein has been instrumental in
securing several
high-profi le
transactions
since joining its
team in 2014. His
expertise spans
a wide range of
commercial real
estate sectors,

including
industrial, offi ce, retail and land,
while he has cultivated strong
relationships with owners and
occupiers that have contributed
to NAIDB’s overall growth and
expansion.
Shein has also ranked among its
top three producers in each of the
past three years, the fi rm said, while
his outstanding achievements were
acknowledged last year when he was
named among the top leasing brokers
for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
“Marc has made a tremendous
professional impact at NAIDB,
resulting from his collaborative
approach to business and dedication
to exceeding the expectations of the
individuals and companies that he
represents,” said David A. Simon, the
fi rm’s chief operating offi cer.
The company said that Gerace,
who joined its team in 2020, is a
consistent,
strong performer
who has
fi nished as one
of its top three
producers for
two consecutive
years. He was
also recognized
Kyle Gerace
last year as a
leading leasing broker in the Mid-
Atlantic Region.
NAIDB, meantime, cited the Hudson
County resident’s lasting client
relationships.
