In her new role, she’ll spearhead
sales, marketing and building
management for Value’s new
construction projects, with a focus
on lease-ups and building vibrant
communities.

operations. The mother of three and
grandmother of one holds a degree in
business management and is an active
volunteer with New Jersey Angels, an
organization that provides support to
foster families in the Morris County
area.

with a Project Management
Professional certifi cation, bringing

seaboard.

from his 30+ years of construction
experience and a results-driven
approach to our fi eld operations,”

Castelbuono’s educational
background includes a degree
in building and construction
management from New York
University and certifi cation in
mechanical and electrical systems
from Lincoln Technical Institute,
according to a news release.

coordination across teams.
