Mortimer joined Prologis in July 2022
as an investment offi cer in the Lehigh
Valley, where he was responsible
for capital deployment activities
in Pennsylvania, the news release
said. His contributions during his
tenure include managing complex
entitlements, building and land
acquisitions and supporting multiple
markets.
He’s also a former senior vice
president with Rubenstein Partners,
where he was responsible for new
acquisitions, loan originations
and asset management in various
markets, overseeing equity capital
raising and formation, while serving
as a member of the investment
committee. In a previous role
as a vice president at Starwood
Capital Group, Mortimer focused
on distressed debt and offi ce
investments, including a deal
involving a national offi ce portfolio
consisting of 11.9 million square feet
across more than 90 buildings.

DEVELOPMENT TEAM
T&M Associates has strengthened
its land development team in recent
months with the addition of industry
veterans Joseph Mele and Ryan Ward.
According to the fi rm, which is based
in Middletown,
Mele serves
as department
manager,
community
and land
development,
and brings more
than 30 years

expertise to his new role. He has led
private and public land development
projects in New Jersey, New York City
and other regions and holds multiple
state engineering licenses.
What’s more, Mele is actively involved
in strategic planning, marketing and
mentoring, consistently advancing
innovation in land development and
urban infrastructure, T&M said in a
news release. He has held roles at
organizations including MidAtlantic
Engineering Partners, K. Hovnanian
Homes and Dresdner Robin.
Ward, for his part, operates as a
supervising engineer. The licensed

led design teams
in managing civil
design projects,
timelines,
permitting
and client

throughout the state, doing so while
collaborating with disciplines such
as survey, traffi c, geotechnical and
environmental and coordinating

His previous employers include
Colliers Engineering & Design,
Dynamic Engineering Consultants PC
and KMB Design Group.
