Property Holdings LLC and DRA
Advisors LLC for $30.5 million.
Scott Mertz of NAI Mertz arranged
the sale, while Walker & Dunlop
procured the fi nancing.
CBRE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
leased a combined 235,855 square
feet at 200 and 202 Cottontail Lane
in the Somerset section of Franklin
to Scentbird and Calibre Scientifi c.

ownership, while the fi rm’s Nicholas

a 323,750-square-foot building in
Carneys Point, to Quince. JLL’s Dean
Torosian represented the landlord,

Associates represented the tenant, a
direct-to-consumer retailer.

DEVELOPMENT GROUP leased 58,488
square feet at 585 Kapkowski Road
in Elizabeth to Osmo. JLL’s Chris Hile

ownership, while Newmark’s Brian
Waterman, David Waterman, Al
Petrillo, Christopher Koeck and
Zach Brenner represented the
tenant, a startup that uses artifi cial
