the fi ve-year full-term, interest-only

ARBOR REALTY TRUST provided $58
million in construction fi nancing to
Shai Benhamou, Michael Shahkoohi
and Ramin Baratian, the developers
of a 197-unit apartment building at
130 Avenue F in Bayonne. Cushman
& Wakefi eld’s Brad Domenico, Frank
Stanislaski and Jack Subers advised
the borrowers.
KEARNY BANK provided a $29.5
million construction loan to Rock
Solid Builders Inc., the developer
of Soho Park Residences, an 85-
unit, age-restricted residential
project at 116 Harrison St. in
Nutley. JLL’s Thomas E. Didio Jr.,
Gerard Quinn, Michael Mataras and
Michael Donohoe sourced the 2.5-
year, fl oating-rate fi nancing on the
borrower’s behalf.
A national life insurance company
provided $27.917 million in
acquisition fi nancing in connection
with Woodmont Liberty, a 120-
unit luxury apartment complex
at Route 517 and Bilby Road in
Independence Township. Cronheim
Mortgage arranged the seven-year,
nonrecourse loan with 42 months of
interest only followed by a 30-year
amortization schedule.
GRANT STREET FUNDING provided
a $22.8 million loan to The Donato
Group, the owner of a four-building,
189,836-square-foot portfolio at 1800
Route 34 in Wall Township. JLL’s
Michael Klein, Max Custer, Ryan
Carroll and Christian Badalamenti
arranged the 10-year, fi xed-rate
fi nancing, with Murphy Schiller &
Wilkes LLP’s Charles J. Wilkes and
Holly Burke acting as lead attorneys
on the borrower’s behalf.
An undisclosed lender provided
fi nancing to The Frassetto Cos.,
the owner of a two-building,
143,265-square-foot industrial
portfolio at 600 Ryerson Road and
6 Frassetto Way in Lincoln Park.
