OUR CLIENTS
Business owners, board members and homeowners alike. Our team welcomes all opportunities to work hand in hand with all parties involved with the construction process. The size of the job does not dictate the amount of time and effort we put into the process. Being a family- owned and operated business, a “Zucchi” family member is involved in every one of our projects because it must meet our high standards before we stamp our name on it.
OUR ADVANTAGE
Being based just outside New York City, we are centrally located to handle projects in NY, NJ, Southern CT and Eastern PA. Victor Zucchi & Son is a multigenerational family construction company that has been in business for 87 years. Many of our staff members have been with the company for the last 25+ years. The difference with that experience is everyone has been working together under the same roof, not just in the industry. This setup allows our projects to operate smoother and more efficiently than others because our staff knows exactly what to do, when to do it, and how we like it done. A ‘Zucchi’ will always be leading your construction project.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
Just completed in 2020, designated “The HUB”, for
the United Jewish Association in Queens, NY. This building was an old bowling alley/bar turned into a fully functioning modern industrial headquarters for the UJA.

This building has everything that they will need to operate and serve the growing Jewish community in that area for years to come: Plenty of office space, multiple conference rooms, a commercial kitchen, a virtual food pantry for those in need, and even a flex space that could be rented out to help generate income, or extra office space for The UJA to utilize as they grow. The design of this space was tricky because only the front elevation of the building was able to have windows to bring in natural daylight. Despite this, we were still able to make the entire space feel light and bright due to the color palate, types of finishes,
high ceiling, bright LED lighting, and glass divider walls between office spaces and common spaces. The exterior received all new storefronts, a new brick façade with a covered steel overhang and signage, and a new flat roof.
