March is honored to be the construction manager for Vinty, a 5-story, 267-unit retail/residential complex with street- level retail space located in Elizabeth, NJ. Vinty features spacious 1- to 2-bedroom apartments with high-end finishes such as modern kitchens, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, smart-home features and more. Residents can enjoy a state- of-the-art fitness center, on-site dog park, outdoor theater area, virtual golf simulator, resort-style pool with jacuzzi room, and a resident greenhouse. The name “Vinty” is short for “Vintage City” in honor of Elizabeth’s 350-year-old history. Vinty is now leasing with an opening date estimated for late 2021. This is a project by MAS Development and LeCesse Development Corporation, totaling 457,018 SF.
