units under construction with another 500 units in our development pipeline. We are also seeing a large uptick in our Warehouse construction and development pipeline as Amazon continues its world domination.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
1000 North Ave.: Deugen Development is currently under construction with 120 units in Plainfield, NJ for Iron
Ore Properties of Millburn, NJ. This unique property
sits directly on the Netherwood Station train line and
is currently designed with 100% lot coverage while also sitting in the flood plain. Several design elements needed to be added to this design to allow for a full flood event to pass directly under the building. This was created using
a precast panel system for the parking area. Scheduled delivery: fall of 2022.
