 OUR ADVANTAGE
At Rotwein+Blake we are committed to continually improving the design process for our clients, creating economic and innovative solutions with unparalleled technical skills, combined with an emphasis on excellent service. Our client-centric philosophy means our leadership team has direct involvement and oversight of every project from inception.
Our unique approach and value in executing our clients’ vision combines our process of design with nearly
seven decades of experience in the design of numerous project types. Ours is a process that fully integrates a three-dimensional language that visually communicates, coordinates and executes the progress of the design throughout the entire process.
ON THE HORIZON
We will continue to see a rise in multifamily and industrial developments. With most companies adopting flexible schedules and remote working, the pandemic has not only transformed the way we work but the way we live. We now look at residential amenities and floor plans through the lens of an environment conducive to working from home by creating dedicated co-working spaces within building common areas. Additionally, the pandemic-fueled growth in online shopping that changed consumer habits is
still driving the warehouse boom and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
Our firm was recently tapped by Denholtz Properties
to transform a 26-acre portion of the former Fort Monmouth army base in Oceanport, New Jersey. The complex, branded as Baseline, will consist of nearly 250,000 SF of high-end commercial, technology and food and beverage space within 6 new buildings and the adaptive reuse of an existing commissary building.
The buildings exhibit a high level of design and quality, featuring contrasting combinations of material and massing resulting in an aesthetic wow factor, totally unique to the market.
This is our second major project in the Fort, following the success of Commvault.
