PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
650 From Road, a dated suburban office complex in Paramus, NJ was re-envisioned and reinvented with an extensive list of base building and amenity upgrades. The goal is to achieve an “urban” vibe for this two-building complex sited around an open plaza and feature pond.
The program also includes a reassessment of the requirements for full- and part-time post-pandemic occupancy, and the ability for employees to enjoy a variety
of meeting and gathering venues. Including indoor and outdoor huddle / meetings spaces, fitness and cafe options, game and recreation spaces and an extensive redevelopment of the building’s central atrium and entry space with environmentally sound lighting and green wall features.
Taken together the complex now enlarges Onyx Equities’ portfolio of repositioned assets fit to the needs and lifestyles of a new “millennial” generation of office users.
