OUR ADVANTAGE
MINNO & WASKO’s staff has extensive experience in all forms of residential and mixed-use construction. “Our designs are responsive to each individual market and are unique in creating projects that have lasting value to Owners and residents.” “We are about place-making and streetscape animation.”
We listen carefully to our clients’ goals and their success, becomes our success. Style, budget, ease of construction and, most importantly, end user satisfaction shape all our projects. We also listen carefully to the stakeholders in the communities in which we build. Their issues help to shape our design responses and presentation to local officials and residents.
MINNO & WASKO has years of practical construction knowledge and code-related issues. In these times of rising material costs, we can assist in looking at alternatives to traditional construction methods and materials. Cost- effective, time services help our clients maintain quality at a price that meets their budget.
We are now facing a “post-Covid” world and MINNO & WASKO has been helping our clients design for what
new renters and buyers are looking for to reinforce safe, socially distant living environments. Innovation gives our clients a leg up in competitive markets where health, sustainability and design leadership are key differentiators.

and more segments of the residential and commercial real estate market want to be in town, close to public transportation. Most of this urban growth will be in luxury rental communities, workforce housing and active adult housing. We are working hard to design newer urban communities as safer, healthier places to live and work.
We see our practice growing in repurposing older office and retail projects that have become obsolete. This will occur both with sites and buildings becoming new mixed-use communities. Locationally, this repurposing will be in both urban and suburban markets. Senior living, assisted-living, memory care and nursing/rehab will continue to grow with our aging boomer population.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
PARQ Parsippany is the repurposed Lanidex Plaza Office complex in Parsippany, NJ. This new, mixed-use community will include 600 dwelling units in the first phase along with 10,000 square feet of commercial space. This aging office complex is well located at the intersection of interstates 287 and 80. With an emphasis on health, safety, sustainability and an amenity-rich lifestyle, PARQ will be unique in the central New Jersey marketplace.
Restaurants, coffee shops and convenience shopping
are intermingled with six-story, contemporary luxury rental buildings. On the southern site boundary, a luxury townhome community with a large club facility is designed in a “contemporary farmhouse style.” Walkability, parks, recreation, food and beverage make PARQ a highly desirable place to live.
