   OUR CLIENTS
Bowman is a trusted, multi-faceted consulting firm providing high-quality services to New Jersey’s building community. Clients include home builders, developers, redevelopers and municipalities. We do not limit our client base by market sector and address many aspects of a development project by providing a full range of engineering, surveying and landscape architecture services in lieu of multiple consultants.
Our experienced staff consists of licensed engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and planners. We are familiar with local, county and state regulations that govern development in New Jersey, and apply that knowledge throughout every phase of the project.
Success doesn’t just happen. It’s the result of thoughtful planning and focused action. At Bowman, we work with intention to deliver on-demand technical genius and industry leading talent that, when combined, produces innovative and solution-driven results. Our clients benefit from a balance of deep national resources often associated with large firms, and the flexibility and quick response associated with smaller boutique firms to effectively navigate through intricate approval processes.

with structured parking, two 125-room hotels and approximately 80,000 sf of retail and office use located in the Whippany section of Hanover Township, New Jersey.
Bowman has been contracted to provide civil engineering, surveying, landscape architectural, structural and traffic and transportation engineering services for this ambitious town center project. Major project elements include:
• Design and construction services for the project buildout
• Diversion of County lands to provide marketable site access including stabilization of eroded riverbank
• Design of two bridges to provide site access across the Whippany River
• Design continuation of the Patriots Path, a County-wide pedestrian trail system throughout the site and along the river
• Removal of on-stream dam and pond

Previously occupied by the Eden Mill Paper Board, the site has underlying environmental concerns that are being mitigated with the new project. The resultant use will provide for a much-needed town center for the Township while providing housing for residents and employees of the surrounding industries.
