PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
Bayview is a 17-acre multifamily brownfield redevelopment located on the western side of Bayonne, New Jersey.
The former shopping center will be redeveloped into a 5-building, 1,100-unit, mixed-use neighborhood with 55,000 square feet of retail. The walkable neighborhood also boasts a waterfront park and beach area, waterfront walkway as well as pocket parks. The project also implements green stormwater infrastructure such as bioswales and permeable paving to meet new NJDEP stormwater regulations.
Dresdner Robin is providing surveying, civil engineering and site lighting design for the project. Dresdner Robin was instrumental in the development of site plan documents and obtaining municipal entitlements in late 2021.

ON THE HORIZON
Despite the ongoing effects of the pandemic, the mixed- use multifamily residential and warehouse/logistics center markets continue to grow at a high pace. With land costs at a premium, we are seeing a significant amount of that growth in urban areas, near mass transit and on previously developed brownfield sites. Dresdner Robin’s established reputation in brownfield redevelopment has ensured we continue to be a large part of that growth. In addition, Dresdner Robin also anticipates an uptick in infrastructure improvement projects as result of the recently passed infrastructure bill.
