OUR CLIENTS
Established in 1955, Rotwein+Blake delivers a wealth of architectural planning and interior design solutions for various market sectors including commercial/corporate interiors, health care, retail, mixed-use residential, hospitality, religious and educational institutions and adaptive reuse projects in the Northeast and across the U.S.
ON THE HORIZON
We are beginning to see an increase in demand for modern health care facilities. The days of sitting in an old vinyl chair in a dark waiting room with industrial carpeting are far behind us. Today, leading health care providers like Summit and Atlantic Health are embracing architecture and interior design to raise brand awareness and enhance patient experience through the lens of hospitality. Additionally, with several projects currently underway for Russo Development, Denholtz Properties, American Landmark and Atlantic Development Group, multifamily residential and industrial developments are still very much in demand and continue to be our most productive sectors.

The Tetris-like façade consisting of brick, engineered wood and composite metal intertwine on different planes creating a kinetic sense of movement and striking modern vibe. The development will also have approximately 15,000 SF of robust amenities that lead to a beautifully landscaped amenity deck with pergolas, barbeque areas, fire pits and more. Our firm is also behind Russo’s Shoppes at Vermella in Union and the retail component of their redevelopment project in Hackensack, Print House.
